Mr. Ashraf M. Rahman's professional journey is marked by a wealth of experience and notable achievements. Commencing his career in 1998 with Lootah Group, he played a significant role in the United Nations 'Oil for Food Program,' showcasing early involvement in international affairs. Subsequently, his transition to a Financial Services company in 2003 saw him managing substantial investment portfolios totaling US $90.7 million for high net-worth individuals. Furthermore, he excelled in raising private equity and offering strategic advice on financial restructuring.

In 2008, Mr. Rahman assumed the position of CEO at ADAM Global, where his visionary leadership propelled the company to unprecedented growth. Under his stewardship, ADAM Global expanded its global footprint from a single office in Dubai to over 100 offices worldwide by 2016. The financial success of the company is evidenced by the growth in turnover from 20,000 to 25 million in 2016, with a valuation reaching 70 million in 2017. His current roles as Co-Owner/Partner of ADAM Global and Chairman of Aurega Group underscore his continued commitment to steering successful enterprises.

Mr. Rahman's academic qualifications include an International Business Honors Degree from the University of Lincoln, United Kingdom, and an MBA degree specializing in Marketing & Finance. Mr. Yogesh Bhola, in his capacity as the Managing Director of Aurega Corporate Services L.L.C & Managing Partner of Dr Alter by Aurega Fashion, brings forth a wealth of expertise amassed over more than 22 years of diverse professional experience. His proficiency extends to offering specialized advice on critical aspects of business, including Company Formation, Business set up, Branch/representative office establishment, Offshore incorporation, and the Registration of Trade Marks, Patents, and Copyrights.

His specialties further encompass Branch and Representative Office Incorporation in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Offshore operations in Dubai with Corporate bank accounts, Trade Mark and Logo Registration, Patent and Copyrights, Intellectual Property Rights. Additionally, Mr. Bhola is adept at overseeing the incorporation and setup of companies, as well as the dissolution and deregistration of companies, with a specific focus on DIFC Family Office services.

Mr. Rohit Kavale's professional journey reflects a commendable trajectory within the finance and taxation domain. Commencing his career as a Chartered Accountant in 2012, he has accumulated 14 years of diverse industry experience. His initial engagement involved providing comprehensive financial services to clients in the Mumbai region, encompassing internal audit, income tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, as well as broader accounting and advisory services.

In 2019, Rohit transitioned to VRM Management, where he assumed a leadership role in the accounting and finance department. His responsibilities extended to overseeing tax audits, statutory audits, and company audits. Beyond daily financial and taxation tasks, Rohit adeptly managed nationwide tax assessments, encompassing both direct and indirect taxes.

In 2021, Rohit further expanded his horizons by joining Service Lee Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Finance Manager. In this role, he took charge of international accounting, overseeing diverse financial aspects in regions spanning the United States, Canada, Europe, the UK, Turkey, Russia, UAE, and Saudi Arabia for the organization's subsidiaries. His contributions were not only limited to routine accounting and taxation but extended to annual audits and corporate tax returns on a global scale. Rohit received recognition for his exemplary efforts, marked by the implementation of innovative practices that brought enduring value to the organization.

Apart from his Chartered Accountant qualification obtained in 2012, Rohit has augmented his skill set by earning a Diploma in Information Systems and Audit, conferred by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2013. Ms. Sufia Alam emerges as a seasoned Accounting & Finance professional with an impressive track record spanning over 17 years. Her diverse industry exposure encompasses sectors such as oil & gas, energy, broadcasting & media solutions, banking, and manufacturing. Within these industries, she has undertaken a range of responsibilities, including full cycle accounting, General Ledger management, financial analysis, tax compliance, and audit processes, as well as comprehensive Accounting & Financial Reporting.

Commencing her career in 2007 with Task FZCO, Ms. Alam subsequently transitioned to Standard Chartered Bank in 2009, followed by a move to SONY Corporation in 2010. Currently serving as the CFO & Senior Tax Accounting Manager at Aurega Accounting and Tax Advisory L.L.C, her role encompasses a broad spectrum of strategic and tactical responsibilities. These include budget management, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting needs, reflecting her involvement in crucial financial decision-making processes.

Ms. Alam's academic qualifications further underscore her expertise. Holding designations as an FCCA (Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant), CGA (Chartered General Accountant), and a Master of Science in International Accounting & Finance with Distinction from Heriot-Watt University, UK, she has demonstrated a commitment to academic excellence and a profound understanding of international accounting principles.

He possesses proficiency in handling accounting and finance operations within a computerized environment, including the preparation of financial reports and management information system (MIS) reporting.

Mr. Renil Thomas, holding the position of Accountant - VAT & Tax at Aurega Accounting and Tax Advisory L.L.C., possesses a robust educational background and professional experience conducive to his role. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree specializing in Finance and Taxation from MES College Erumely, Mr. Thomas demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and tax regulations.

In his capacity as an Accountant - VAT & Tax, Mr. Thomas is entrusted with various responsibilities aimed at ensuring financial compliance and optimizing cash flows. His duties encompass the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
